Nigeria supports Serbia’s struggle to defend its territorial integrity

Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic met today with Nigerian Deputy Foreign Minister Martin Uhomoibhi and expressed his gratitude to Nigeria for its support for Serbia’s struggle to defend its territorial integrity.
According to a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry, it was stated at the meeting that both countries are willing to improve existing friendly relations and that bilateral economic cooperation needs to be intensified.
Currently a member of the UN Security Council, Nigeria is among the most influential African countries and supports Serbia’s diplomatic struggle to defend its sovereignty.
