At its session today the Serbian government approved a bill affirming an agreement concerning business reliefs for local infrastructure projects which are part of the IPA 2008 multi-beneficiary programme of the European Investment Bank, Serbia and the City of Belgrade.
A Decision was passed on the establishment of an information and communication body, the Serbian academic network ARMES, which will create the conditions required for supporting students concerning their rights to education and information.
ARMES is being formed to build, develop and manage an education, science and research cyber network in Serbia.
The government adopted a Conclusion approving principles for the drafting of a national industrial development policy and strategy for 2011 – 2020, which will define key development challenges for industry and will be based on industry sector priorities, investment incentives and the strengthening of entrepreneurship by eliminating administrative hurdles.
