National Council for Cooperation with ICTY responds to several demands

The National Council for Cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) decided at a session today to respond affirmatively to several demands by the tribunal’s prosecution and defence and submit the requested documents.
The Council says in a statement that it also looked at the current number of submitted and resolved demands by the prosecution and defence and concluded that their cooperation has become routine and reached the level of full cooperation.
The Council concluded that this level should be maintained and stated that together with other competent state organs it will continue with its activities towards this goal.
