At its session today the Serbian government passed the medicines and medical devices bill. The bill will regulate the terms and conditions for issuing licenses for selling medicines and the registration of medicines at the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia.
A bill amending the state survey and cadastre law was adopted at the session.
The government decided on a programme for the distribution of funds for the implementation of National Investment Plan projects for 2010. A sum of approximately RSD 26.05 billion will be allocated for financing 389 projects.
The government adopted the Decree on conditions for monitoring and requirements for air quality, the Decree on amendments to the Decree on determining activities whose performance influences the environment and the Decree on establishing the programme of construction, reconstruction and maintenance of water industry facilities for 2010.
The Conclusion on accepting the programme of long-term housing loans for professional members of the Serbian Army for 2010 was adopted, as well as the Conclusion on adopting the action plan for efficient use of telecommunications infrastructure.
