Government adopts Conclusion on granting 3,500 tonnes of crude oil from commodity reserves

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on amendments to the Law on the right to free shares and financial compensation for citizens in the privatisation process and the Bill on amendments to the Law on the Privatisation Agency.
The cabinet also adopted a Conclusion on granting 3,500 tonnes of heating oil from commodity reserves to heating plants in Zajecar, Trstenik, Majdanpek, Vrbas and Pirot and the FAP factory from Priboj.
The government adopted a Conclusion on the adoption of the government programme for 2010 based on the work of ministries, special organisations and government agencies.
The government recommended that the Managing Board of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of the Republic of Serbia conclude the Contract on regulating mutual rights and obligations with the public company for underground exploitation of coal at Resavica, on the basis of due, but unpaid contributions for pension and disability insurance of the employees.
This Contract will allow for the years of service of more than 4,000 employees in Resavica to be linked, for the period between July 1, 2006 and January 31, 2010.
The government also adopted a Decree on the use, maintenance and management of immovable property for the needs of diplomatic and consular institutions of the Republic of Serbia.
