Finance Ministry to finalise draft law on denationalisation

At its telephone session today the Serbian government passed a Conclusion according to which the Finance Ministry is obliged to prepare the final version of the draft law on denationalisation.
The Finance Ministry was instructed to hold final consultations with representatives of the Council of Europe and other relevant EU institutions in order to prepare the final version of the draft law, prior to forwarding it to the government.
