Government passes amendments to budget law 2009

At a session held via telephone today the Serbian government adopted the bill on amendments to the budget law 2009 and forwarded it to parliament under urgent procedure.
The budget revision for this year produced a new figure for revenues, which now stand at RSD 614.98 billion, while expenditure will remain at the planned RSD 719.85 billion.
The 2009 budget deficit will stand at RSD 104.87 billion after the readjustment, as agreed with the IMF.
