Government adopts amendments to takeover law

At its session today the Serbian government adopted the bill on amendments to the Law on takeovers of joint stock companies.
Several bills affirming various agreements and memorandums concerning economic, financial and military cooperation between Serbia and other countries were adopted.
The Decree amending the Decree on the procedure for restructuring companies subject to privatisation was adopted. Amendments to the Decree on the sale of capital and property through public auction, the Decree on the sale of capital and property through public tender and the Decree on the harmonisation of customs tariff nomenclature for 2010 were passed. The government also passed a Decision on dissolving the Arandjelovac municipal assembly and forming interim municipal organs.
