Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica met today with Moroccan Foreign Minister Mohammed Benaissa, stressing the importance of restoring cooperation between Serbia-Montenegro and Morocco.
Kostunica also said that possibilities for improving economic cooperation are now open for both countries.
Benaissa reiterated that good relations between Serbia-Montenegro and Morocco are of great importance and he stressed that the state union is Morocco’s major partner in the region.
The two officials concluded that economic cooperation should be improved and announced a visit to Belgrade by a Moroccan business delegation in late November.
Benaissa conveyed greetings from Moroccan King Mohammed VI to the Serbian Prime Minister and invited him to visit Morocco.
