279 H1N1 cases confirmed in Serbia

The Public Health Institute Milan Jovanovic Batut stated that 279 cases of the flu caused by the new type A virus (H1N1) have been registered in Serbia.
The statement adds that the last fatal case was registered on November 10.
There are 479 persons hospitalised, nine of whom are using respirators.
All measures against flu envisaged by the plan of activities during the flu pandemic in health institutions, primary and secondary schools have been taken.
