The Serbian government today adopted the bill on the transfer of jurisdiction to the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina which harmonises them with constitutional solutions and consistently implements the decentralisation process and the concept of broad provincial autonomy, without the elements of statehood.
It also passed the bill affirming the agreement between Serbia and Portugal on mutual encouragement and protection of investments, the bill affirming the agreement between Serbia and Estonia on avoiding double taxation regarding income tax, the bill affirming the agreement between Serbia and Ireland on avoiding double taxation regarding income tax and the bill on amendments to the Law on the Security and Intelligence Agency.
The government also decided to transfer the shares of the telecommunications company Telekom Serbia from the public postal company PTT Serbia to the Republic of Serbia.
