Minister of Youth and Sport Snezana Samardzic-Markovic has congratulated Serbian swimmer Milorad Cavic on winning the gold medal in the 50 metre butterfly at the FINA World Championships in Rome.

Your success has engraved the name of Serbia on the history of world championships in the best possible way, not only because you won gold, but you also beat the championship record. On behalf of both the Ministry of Youth and Sport and myself, I wish to thank you for making all of us in Serbia proud, the Minister said.
