Amendments to Penal Code approved

At its session today the Serbian government approved the bill amending the Penal Code, bills on spatial planning and building, state property survey and cadastre and amendments to the law on public information.
The bills on official statistics and the 2011 census and the affirmation of the agreement between Serbia and Montenegro regarding border control for railway traffic were also passed.
A Decree was passed to determine the terms and conditions for the distribution of funds for issuing loans to improve the quality of services in hospitality industry and for small and medium-sized tourism enterprises during 2009. The Decree to establish the terms and conditions for using funds for providing subsidized mineral fertilizers for the 2009 autumn harvest was also passed.
The government approved a Decision on establishing a public company for managing nuclear facilities in Serbia and the formation of a national tourism corporation.
