The bills on public health, blood transfusion, organ transplant, cells and tissue transplantation and the treatment for sterility and procedures for artificial insemination were passed.
The government passed the bills on national minority councils and integrated circuit topography protection. Amendments to the penal code and to the law on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism were passed.
The bill on the confirmation of the financial agreement concerning Apex Loans for small and medium-sized businesses signed between Serbia, the European Investment Bank and the National Bank of Serbia, was approved. The bill on the confirmation of a loan agreement for health projects between Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development was also passed.
Today, the government adopted a Strategy on the transfer from analogue to digital broadcasting of radio and TV programme in Serbia.
The Decree on the National Minorities Council was also adopted.
A Conclusion on the analysis of competences and organization of work of ministries, special organisations, government services and district services was adopted as well as a Conclusion on the adoption of an action plan for public administration reform from 2009 to 2012.
Also, Milan Jakovljevic has been appointed director of the Kosovska Mitrovica health centre.
