At its session today, the Serbian government approved the bills on the electoral roll, legal protection for industrial design and on the affirmation of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road.
The bills on the affirmation of the European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways and the affirmation of the agreement between Serbia and Denmark to encourage and mutually protect investments were approved.
The government passed the bills on the affirmation of the agreement between Serbia and Croatia concerning the extradition of persons found guilty of illegal entry or stay and the affirmation of the police cooperation agreement between the two countries.
It adopted measures to aid the media in the time of crisis, as well as the Conclusion on the need to enable foundations and various funds to apply for budget funds.
It approved the table of regulations for harmonising domestic regulations with those of the EU as envisaged by the Transitional Trade Agreement.
The government also adopted the programme of distribution and use of funds for projects to improve social and minority rights in 2009 for the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, as well as for projects for citizens’ associations aimed to help the local population in these municipalities.
