Government adopts several bills

At today’s session the government adopted a bill on the engagement of the Serbian Army and other defence units in multinational operations outside Serbia and amendments to the labour law.

Bills on the confirmation of the Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters, the Convention on Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters and amendments to Article XII of the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization were also adopted today.
The government adopted a Decree establishing a National Council for Decentralisation as well as a Decree amending the Decree on the Office for Sustainable Development of Underdeveloped Areas.
The cabinet adopted a Conclusion accepting the report from negotiations with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) regarding the project for Corridor 10 motorway.
The government also adopted a Conclusion on the necessity to conclude a memorandum on understanding between the Serbian government and the Swiss Federal Council on partnership in the area of migrations.
