The government designated the Presevo, Kelebija and Batrovci border crossings for sugar imports via trucks, the Ristovac, Subotica and Sid border crossings for sugar imports by rail, and the Bezdan, Prahovo and Veliko Gradiste border crossings for sugar imports via ships.

As part of the session, the government approved bills on providing Serbian counter guarantees to Serbia-Montenegro for loans approved by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Investment Bank (EIB). The three bills, which concern loans for energy, health, water utility, and urban repair projects, were forwarded for immediate parliamentary adoption.
