Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Regional Development Mladjan Dinkic and Turk Eximbank Director General Ahmet Kilicoglu agreed today in Istanbul on a favourable loan that the Turkish bank will provide for the construction of two regional traffic arteries in Sandzak.
According to the Ministry’s statement the Turkish bank will allocate €25 million for the construction of the Novi Pazar-Sjenica A-road and the Novi Pazar-Tutin regional road.
The two sides will soon specify all technical details concerning the loan and the works will start this autumn, says the statement, adding that the construction of roads and infrastructure in general will help attract foreign investors, who are very important for regional development and providing new jobs, thus improving living standards for Serbian citizens.
