Following the meeting with Republika Srpska Interior Minister Stanislav Cadjo, Dacic told the press that organised crime presents a challenge to the entire region, as criminal groups are connected and comprise people of various nationalities.
Dacic noted that cooperation between the Serbian Interior Ministry and the Bosnia and Herzegovina Ministry of Security is at high level, adding that the Serbian and Republika Srpska police have recently carried out a series of joint police actions and solved some serious crimes.
Today’s meeting concluded that the abolition of visa restrictions for Serbian and Bosnia and Herzegovina citizens must be achieved as soon as possible, said the Minister, adding that all countries in the region should support each other in order to speed up their EU accession.
We must do all we can to enable our citizens to live in a democratic, economically developed and socially just society, stressed Dacic.
Minister Dacic will attend today the 6th Annual South-East European Gathering "Richness of Diversities", organised by the Republika Srpska National Assembly.
