Malovic to visit Bratislava

Minister of Justice Snezana Malovic will make a one day working visit to Bratislava on May 5, where she will meet with Slovakian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice Stefan Harabin.

According to the Ministry’s statement, special attention will be paid to the legislative activities of the two ministries and judicial reforms.
Ministers Malovic and Harabin will sign a memorandum of cooperation between the Serbian and Slovakian Justice Ministries.
The memorandum will enable the exchange of experiences concerning the synchronisation of domestic laws with EU legislature, modernisation of the judicial system and cooperation over the fight against organised crime, human and drug trafficking, money laundering, corruption and terrorism.
During the visit to Bratislava, Minister Malovic will also meet with President of the Supreme Court Daniela Svecova.
