Coordinating body for swine flu formed

At its session today, the government adopted a policy regarding the appearance, spread and suppression of Mexican swine flu and formed a coordinating body for implementing the policy.
The bill on the protection of plant cultivators' rights, amendments to the law on the access to information of public importance and the bill on the affirmation of the agreement between Serbia and Spain concerning the double income and property taxation were adopted today.
The government agreed to accept the financial agreement between the Republic of Serbia, the European Investment Bank and the National Bank of Serbia, envisaging a €250 million loan for SMEs.
The government also adopted a Communiqué related to the contract between the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and public railway company Zeleznice Srbije worth €100 million.
The government decided to declassify all information related to the execution of Dragoljub Mihajlovic.
The Communiqué on setting up a national action plan against human trafficking for the period from 2009 to 2011 was also adopted.
The government adopted a Communiqué that Serbia will not take part in NATO military exercises in Georgia.
