Government adopts several bills

At its session today the Serbian government adopted bills on the affirmation of the tourism cooperation agreement between Serbia and Syria and the tourism cooperation agreement between Serbia and Cyprus.
The government adopted a bill on the affirmation of the loan agreement between Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Decrees were adopted regarding measures for encouraging the production of tractors and the amendments to the Decree on the terms and criteria for issuing subsidised consumer loans for 2009.
Decrees on mandatory vehicle registration for vehicle owners with permanent residence status in Serbia, on amendments to the Decree on milk premiums for 2009, on the end of the validity period of the Decree on incentive funds for non-commercial farms in 2009 and amendments to the Decree on the customs procedure were adopted.
The government decided to adopt the Report on the implementation of the National European Integration Programme for the January-March 2009 period.
The government decided to accept the recommendation made by the National Conflict of Interest Committee to dismiss Slobodan Homen from office as state secretary at the Ministry of Justice and to dismiss Nebojsa Ciric from office as state secretary at the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development.
