Confidential documents on Kovacevic case to be made public once adequate solution is found

The Serbian government stated that all information regarding the case of Miladin Kovacevic has been declared confidential so that the entire process can be carried out successfully in the interest of all parties involved in the talks.
The confidential documents will be made public once a mutually acceptable solution to this issue is found. The Serbian government is conducting the talks and has deemed that it is in the best interest to keep the documents confidential because the details of the agreement have not yet been specified.
The government insists that Serbian state organs must determine the responsibility of anyone suspected of a criminal act.
The competent organs will keep looking into the matter in order to determine the responsibility of unauthorised distribution of classified documents, concludes the statement.
