The Ministry for the National Investment Plan stated it completed consultations with relevant ministries and local authorities on projects for 2009, which will soon be presented to the Serbian government.
Minister for National Investment Plan Verica Kalanovic stated that due to a reduced budget for NIP projects, priorities take precedence.
The budget of the Ministry is two and a half times smaller this year, so the funds will primarily go to communal, transport and energy infrastructure as well as for the continuation of works on Corridor 10 and the industrial zone in Kragujevac, the statement read.
