Jeremic pointed out that Serbia will continue cooperating with Greece, adding that relations between the two countries have always been very good.
The Minister stressed that Serbia cooperates with the OSCE Office in Belgrade but expects the OSCE Office in Pristina to maintain a neutral stance.
Jeremic reiterated that Serbia will never endorse Kosovo’s accession to the OSCE.
Bakoyannis said that Greece advocates prompt implementation of the Transitional Trade Agreement and the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) with Serbia.
She stressed that Greece is also in favour of visa liberalisation for Serbian citizens, recalling that in the past few years Belgrade has made crucial steps towards democratization of society.
The OSCE’s goal is to help Belgrade in its reforms of the judiciary, administration, army and the fight against organised crime. Greece believes that Serbia is an integral part of the EU, stressed Bakoyannis.
She noted that Europe is now committed to contemplation because of the economic crisis, but will not give up on its vision of full EU accession.
When it comes to taking on new members, the OSCE functions on the principle of the consensus.
Bakoyannis will now hold separate meetings with President Boris Tadic and Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic, as well as NGO representatives.
