Spain interested in “Decade of Roma” participation

Minister for Human and Minority Rights Svetozar Ciplic met with Spanish Ambassador to Serbia Iñigo de Palacio España to discuss Spain’s interest in taking part in the “Decade of Roma Inclusion from 2005 to 2015”, which is being presided over by Serbia this year.
Spain has 20 years of experience in projects aimed at improving the life of the Roma population and is ready to share its experience with other countries.
Ciplic invited the Spanish ambassador to a meeting of the international steering committee of the “Decade of Roma Inclusion”, on February 17 and 18.
