The bill on the civil procedure is fully harmonised with the Council of Europe's Convention for Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. It is one of the systematic laws that should boost the efficiency of courts, allowing for an expedition of court proceedings. The legal solutions proposed tighten the discipline in the court proceedings and efficiently impede their prolongation.
