Serbian Minister of Health Tomica Milosavljevic will participate in consultations regarding the impact of the global financial crisis on global health, taking place at the World Health Organisation (WHO)’s headquarters in Geneva.
According to the Ministry’s statement the consequences of the crisis cannot be fully envisaged, but since 1930 there have not been serious global economic problems.
The WHO organised consultations on a high level to upgrade awareness and point out consequences that the economic crisis may have on health services and factors affecting disease.
