According to the statement Minister of Agriculture Forestry and Water Management Sasa Dragin and his associates, Assistant Minister for Analysis and Agrarian Policy Milos Milovanovic and Assistant Minister for Agrarian Implementation and Finance Milan Stegic, will also be present in Berlin.
The Green Week expo is the key event in agrarian policy, with huge marketing and political significance, held every January to announce the main guidelines and strategic goals of world agriculture.
It has been held for over 80 years and this year around 60 countries will be present at the fair.
Apart from the exposition, an agrarian and political forum will also be held.

Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Sasa Dragin will meet with his counterparts from Austria, Ukraine, Russia and the German province of Baden-Württemberg.
Agriculture has always been one of the leading economic branches in Serbia and Serbia’s participation in Berlin’s food fair clearly shows that it is trying to reach EU standards in terms of food production, concludes the statement.
