Jovicic to take part in international conference

The Serbian Ministry of Defence stated that an international conference on retraining surplus staff in the military sector began in Zagreb today, adding that Serbian State Secretary of Defence Igor Jovicic is taking part in it.
The statement adds that the meeting is held under NATO’s auspices and that Jovicic delivered an opening speech on the transformation of the defence system as a framework for future development and cooperation when it comes to retraining surplus military staff.
Representatives from Romania, Ukraine, Norway, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Moldova, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Albania are participating in the two-day conference, as well as representatives from NATO, the International Organisation for Migration and the Moscow Retraining centre, concludes the statement.
