According to the bill, a political party can be founded by a minimum of 5,000 adult Serbian citizens and a national minority political party can be founded by a minimum of 500.
The bill on agricultural and rural development was also adopted. The bill defines the goals of the agrarian policy and the formation of a system for the distribution of state incentives.
According to the bill a registry of farms will be established, which will create conditions for direct communication between the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and farmers.
The bills on amendments to the bill on forest reproductive material and the bill on publishing laws and other regulations in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia were also adopted at the session.
The government also adopted a timetable on their activities until April 2009 relating to visa liberalisation for Serbian citizens travelling in the EU.
A commision was formed to improve visa liberalisation and the EU integration process.
Also, an amendment to the decree governing the criteria for drug prices was passed today, under which prices are harmonised with the dinar-euro exchange rates.
The communiqué on the course of negotiations on the oil and gas agreement between Serbia and Russia was discussed at the session and it was decided to continue with negotiations.
At their own request Mladjan Dinkic, Nebojsa Ciric, Branislav Zec and Milenko Ristivojevic are no longer members of the negotiating team.
