Government to finance students having 60 ECTS points

At today’s session the Serbian government decided that all students that acquired 60 ECTS points during the 2007/2008 school year will be financed from the state budget.
The government also decided that students who acquired 42 or more ECTS points and therefore met requirements to enrol next year, will be financed from the Ministry of education’s funds.
At today’s session the government also adopted bills amending laws on the obligatory social insurance tax, tax proceedings and tax documentation as well as bills on foreign trade, official statistics and the chemical protection of plants.
