Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica met today with Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs Jan Petersen to discuss further cooperation between Serbia-Montenegro and Norway, two countries with traditionally good relations.

Petersen said that reforms in Serbia-Montenegro are very important and expressed his support for Serbia-Montenegro’s European integration.
Kostunica said that additional institutional guarantees on the protection of human rights are important for the Serb community in Kosovo-Metohija. He also reiterated the importance of the European Union’s support for the strengthening of the state union’s institutions.
