Serbian Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning Oliver Dulic today invited foreign investors in Jerusalem to invest in Serbia, especially in environmental protection.
Dulic, who is
participating in the “60 Years of Achievements – Future Challenges” conference in Jerusalem, said in a phone statement to the Beta news agency that the time has come for broader cooperation between Serbia and Israel.
Unfortunately Serbia has just begun investing in renewable energy sources and recycling, which is a well developed practice in Israel, stressed the Minister, adding that Israel has a particularly well developed system for processing waste water, which is then used in agriculture.
Dulic said he held meetings with representatives of several international companies developing new technologies for environmental protection.
