Serbian Minister of Labour and Social Policy Rasim Ljajic spoke today with a delegation of the Committee of Ministers’ monitoring mission, headed by General Director for Democracy and Political Affairs Jean-Louis Laurent.

Ljajic presented them with the activities of the action team for cooperation with the Hague tribunal and stressed that there is political will for the Hague indictees to be located and extradited to The Hague.
The quest for Hague fugitives continue, Ljajic said, noting that if Serbia fails to complete its cooperation with the tribunal, its road to EU membership would be closed.
Laurent asked about public opinion about The Hague, and Ljajic said that it is changing despite some inexplicable verdicts from the tribunal.
