Sutanovac sends condolences to Russian Defence Minister

Serbian Minister of Defence Dragan Sutanovac yesterday sent a telegram of condolence to Russian Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov and the families of soldiers who died when the fire extinguishing system was accidentally activated in their submarine during training.
“On the occasion of the tragic death of these Russian soldiers”.
“On behalf of the Serbian Defence Ministry and the Serbian Army, I express my deepest condolences. Please convey Serbia’s message of condolence to the families of the deceased”, says the telegram.
Sutanovac also voiced hope that all the soldiers injured during the training exercise recover as soon as possible, concludes the statement.
