According to the government’s recommendation, when determining the fee of executive and supervisory board members, public companies should see to it that the net amount does not exceed the net average salary in Serbia.
The maximum fee of executive and supervisory board presidents must not exceed the average net salary increased by more than 50%, and that of deputy presidents by 20%.
The government today also adopted the bill on cattle breeding.
It gave consent to the communiqué on setting up the single-counter system for registering business entities.
