Serbia, Russia advance cooperation in defence

Serbian Minister of Defence Dragan Sutanovac and Russian Ambassador to Belgrade Alexander Konuzin said today that there is room for improving cooperation in defence between the two states, primarily in military education and economy.
The Ministry of Defence says in a statement that Sutanovac and Konuzin agreed it is necessary to confirm international law in the relations between the two states.
They also noted that Serbia can count on Russia’s support in its efforts to protect its sovereignty and territorial integrity through political and diplomatic means, adds the statement.
