SIEPA says in a statement that at Serbia’s national stand named “Serbia – The Real Opportunity“, spreading over 143 square metres, two property companies, two municipal and four town representatives and three agencies specialised in drawing investments will present their investment projects.
YU Capital Holding, law office Jankovic, Popovic and Mitic, Soko Banja and Ada municipal representatives and Kragujevac, Leskovac, Subotica and Zrenjanin will be presented in Munich.
Besides SIEPA representatives, the representatives of Vojvodina Investment Promotion Fund and Building Directorate of Belgrade will talk with investors at Serbia’s stand.
Such a mixture of property companies, local self-governments and specialised agency representatives gives rise to organisers’ high expectations regarding the number of new investors and foreign partners who will decide to do business in Serbia after this meeting.
On the second day of the exposition, Minister of Telecommunications and Information Society Jasna Matic will hold a presentation on the possibilities of investment in the property sector in Serbia, and after the presentation a cocktail reception will be organised at the Serbian stand for guests and media representatives.
The Expo Real 2008, where more than 1,800 companies from almost 40 countries exhibit every year, is an ideal place for the promotion of Serbia’s new investment potentials in the area of property, concludes the statement.
