Government adopts several bills

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the bill on prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism, as well as the proposed national strategy for the fight against money laundering and financing of terrorism.
The government also adopted the bill on general registers, and the bill on amendments to the Law on state officials.
The bill on professional rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities was also adopted.
The government adopted the bill on affirming the multilateral European Common Aviation Area (ECAA) agreement between EU member states and Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Iceland, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, Serbia and the UNMIK.
The bill on affirming an agreement between Serbia and Denmark on simplifying the procedure for issuing visa was adopted.
The Serbian government has entrusted a working group to prepare, within six weeks, a draft of regulations to comprehensively cover the issue of handing out monetary compensation to members of the military reserve force, who took part in military action in 1999.
