Krasnodar 2008 economic exhibition organising board holds first session

Serbian Minister of Trade and Services Slobodan Milosavljevic today presided over the first session of the organising board in charge of preparations for the Serbian economic exhibition, Krasnodar 2008, which will be held from November 5 to 7 in the Krasnodar Region of Russia.
According to a statement issued by the Trade Ministry, the organising board adopted an organisational theme for the exhibition, appointed a six member committee for choosing companies which will participate at the exhibition and determined rules of procedure and criteria for the committee’s work.
The organising board also formed five member working groups in charge of organisation of the exhibition and technical preparation of participant companies, and a working group for marketing and promotion before and during the exhibition.
A working group for cooperation with state bodies in Serbia, Russia and the Krasnodar District was formed at the session today, as well as a special group responsible for legal and financial issues.
