The National Council for Cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY) held its 31st session today and passed decisions to send documentation to the Hague Tribunal’s prosecution, in line with its nine requests.
Seven requests of the defence, which referred to documentation needed for the preparation of indictees’ defence before the Hague Tribunal, were granted affirmative answers.
The National Council will in the upcoming period hold regular sessions every second week and will duly respond to the requests of both the prosecution and defence at the ICTY.
