The Ministry for Diaspora says in a statement that Prstojevic mentioned Zrenjanin as a location with an extremely favourable business climate for investments and added that the Ministry’s aim is to facilitate investments by Serbian businessmen from the Diaspora so that by investing their capital directly in their home country they can help improve economic conditions and create new jobs in Serbia.
Prstojevic presented Stojanovic with a Letter of Gratitude from the Ministry for Diaspora for his role in bringing together Serbia and the Diaspora, protecting the national, religious, and cultural and language rights of the Serbian people abroad and for his assistance to the Serbian people in general.
He also promised the Ministry’s help in acquiring all necessary licences for starting up businesses and stressed that this is a true example of economic cooperation between the Diaspora and Serbia which the Ministry will keep working on.
Also present at the meeting was Assistant Minister for Cultural, Educational, Scientific and Sports Cooperation Vukman Krivokuca, adds the statement.
