The Serbian government adopted in its today’s session the Communication on return of Serbian ambassadors to EU countries that recognised Kosovo-Metohija’s independence, which was proposed by the Foreign Ministry in a move to strengthen diplomatic activities and the defence of Serbia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The government approved the bill amending the law on passports, under which old passports will be valid until December 31, 2009.
Also, the government adopted the Bill on cooperation with the International Criminal Court, the Bill on confiscation of property derived from criminal activities and the Bill on responsibility of legal entities for criminal acts.
Several bills on environmental protection, harmonised with European laws, were also adopted.
The Serbian government adopted the Decree on setting up the Office for sustainable development of insufficiently developed areas, and the Decision on setting up the Fund for Young Talents.
