Serbia’s judicial institutions in Kosovo to be strengthened

The Serbian Ministry of Justice has stated that Minister Snezana Malovic talked today with a judicial delegation from northern Kosovo-Metohija about the problems in the functioning of judicial organs in that part of the province.
According to the statement, the Minister and members of the delegation agreed that it is necessary to strengthen Serbia’s judicial institutions in Kosovo, and to continue cooperation with UNMIK.
It was said during the meeting that this is necessary for the better functioning of judicial organs, and implementation of Serbian legislation while fully respecting Resolution 1244, concludes the statement.
