Tomica Milosavljevic
Milosavljevic said after the first day of the visit that health insurance-related problems were discussed as well as the possible introduction of additional insurance in Serbia, which exists in Slovenia as well.
He told a press conference that upon his return to Belgrade one of his first tasks will be to initiate the visit of Serbian pharmaceuticals companies to Slovenia in order to build tighter cooperation between the two countries’ industries.
Milosavljevic said that the direct cooperation between Serbian and Slovene health institutions should intensify, which would pave the way to many experts from Serbia to come to Slovenia for additional training.
According to him, it is expected that in the near future Slovenia will be in need of doctors, which will most probably make the labour market more liberal and open jobs for foreign experts, the Tanjug news agency reported.
The delegation led by Minster Tomica Milosavljevic also comprises Assistant Minister Nevena Karanovic and Director of the Serbian Health Insurance Bureau Svetlana Vukajlovic.
