Health Minister announces reconstruction of 20 hospitals

Serbian Minister of Health Tomica Milosavljevic said today that the European Investment Bank (EIB) has approved a €50 million loan to help Serbia repair 20 hospitals.
Around €3 million of the funds will be appropriated for the reconstruction of the local hospital in Cacak and the procurement of equipment, Milosavljevic told a press conference in Cacak, adding that the repair work will start in early 2005, the Beta news agency reported.
