The Serbian Ministry of Health stated today that a delegation from this ministry will participate in a ministerial conference of the World Health Organisation (WHO) held in Tallinn, Estonia, from June 25 to 27.

The statement reads that the conference themed “Health systems, health and wealth” aims to place health systems high on the political agenda and enable better understanding of the impact of health systems on public health and thus to economic development of the European region.
Serbian Minister of Health Tomica Milosavljevic chaired today’s panel discussion held from 11 am to 12.30. Assistant ministers Ivana Misic and Elizabet Paunovic will also participate in the conference.
This meeting gathers ministers from 53 member states of the WHO European region, together with representatives of other health and financial systems, NGOs and the media.
