Government amends Decree on protection of property of companies with HQ in former SFRY republics

The Serbian government adopted at today’s session amendments to the Decree on the protection of property of sections of companies with head quarters in the territory of former SFRY republics.
It adopted amendments to the Decree on incentives for bullock breeding in 2008 and to the Decree on incentives for genetic enhancement of dairy cattle breeding for 2008.
The government adopted the Report on the status of the Kosovo Property Agency and decided to suspend the work of the agency in Belgrade, Kragujevac and Nis. The suspension will be in force until the agency’s status is resolved with UNMIK.
It also determined agricultural and food products for which special import tax is charged, as well as the amount of the tax.
The government approved the programme for maintenance, construction and renovation works on main and regional roads in Serbia for 2008.
The Decision on determining the amount of contribution for obligatory insurance in the Serbian Pension and Disability Insurance Fund was approved.
The government adopted amendments to the Rule Book on terms and conditions for covering the cost of medical treatment abroad for patients with health insurance.
The government approved the 2008 agenda of the Serbian Society for Fight against Cancer.
