WHO library opened at Serbian Public Health Institute

Serbian Minister of Health Tomica Milosavljevic opened today a library of the World Health Organisation (WHO) at the Serbian Public Health Institute “Dr Milan Jovanovic-Batut“.
This library will serve for informing the professional and general public about the developments in the health care policy.
The WHO will submit to this library all publications, both from its head office in Geneva and the WHO Regional Office for Europe in Copenhagen. So far, the WHO has already donated 1,080 books and publications to this library.
Head of the WHO office in Serbia Dorit Nitzan and Director of the Serbian Public Health Institute Tanja Knezevic spoke about the role and the importance of this library at the opening ceremony.
